1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak holiday seasons).

We conduct strict quality inspection and packaging for every item before shipment to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be arranged for processing on the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Information

We offer global shipping to most countries and regions worldwide.
Standard shipping: Estimated delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on destination countries, local logistics efficiency and customs clearance progress..
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking number and logistics link, allowing you to track your package in real time.


3. Shipping Fee Standard

Free standard shipping is available for orders over a specified amount (store promotional threshold).
For orders below the free shipping limit, fixed standard shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and package weight.
Remote areas, island regions or special countries may generate additional remote logistics surcharges, which will be notified in advance if applicable.


4. Customs & Import Duty

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. We cannot cover customs clearance fees for overseas orders.

5. Logistics Explanation & Special Reminders

Delivery delays may occur due to bad weather, customs inspection, local logistics peak periods or unexpected emergencies; we will actively assist you in checking and following up on logistics issues.
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect recipient address, wrong phone number or failure to pick up the package in time.
If your package is lost or severely damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service with tracking number and photos within 48 hours after the estimated delivery time, and we will provide re-shipment or refund solutions.


6. Peak Season Notice

During Black Friday, Christmas, Easter and other major shopping festivals, order volume surges may lead to slight delays in processing and delivery time. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and will try our best to arrange shipment as soon as possible.
